Meet Jeff, Rich, and Mark.
Jeff Pettiross has been dreaming about information design since he was a kid,
spending hours sketching out interface elements for games he would write on his TRS-80. As a veteran designer/developer,
he has developed a portfolio of twenty years professional experience conceiving, designing, prototyping, and developing software.
Jeff understands there is an important balance between techincal savvy and the understanding that people are what really matters.
Richard Brown loves good design, whether it is in user interface, a cell phone or the architecture of a house.
Rich also suffers from a long time love affair with making software. From programming on a PDP-11 in junior high to
designing and project managing commercial software to writing shareware, there is nothing else he would rather do.
As an experienced designer, Rich knows what makes a project successful is a combination of attention to detail and seeing the project as a whole.
Mark Richardson is a seasoned industry veteran, having been a CTO at three startups,
one publicly traded company, and the small ranch in his backyard. Whether he is crafting the architecture for a
large-scale website or the minutiae of timing code on a handheld device, Mark brings his attention to detail and
big-picture perspective to all his work.
Mark has worked with 82 Protons since the studio was founded, and joined as a partner in January 2010.
